B&R’s special day was so magical, and I honestly learnt so much that day. This was the first wedding I shot in 2024 after peak wedding season in December of 2023. I remember prepping the night before and telling myself that “tomorrow I’m gonna to go ALL IN.” I’m going to try a new approach and see what comes out of it. I reminded myself to observe, observe, and observe. I swore to keep shooting and never miss the in between moments that I was hoping to capture. Given the results, I think it was worth going all in :) I’d like to think that this was one of the first weddings where I was able to truly capture the essence of that day. Everything was sophisticated and planned out, but not staged and performed. Everyone there truly wanted to be there, they greeted the couple with lots of love, and at the end they really partied hard. Left on a high note that night and reminded myself again why I do what I do. Always gonna be grateful of all these learning opportunities and definitely manifesting more weddings like these to come.
